    • Cut client support workload by ~30% by designing and deploying a RAG chatbot that resolves tickets end to end, held to a public agency's standard: exact, sourced, and traceable answers.
    • Ensured reliable answers on sensitive data by engineering retrieval pipelines combining LLMs, a Qdrant vector database, and internal knowledge bases, with validated corpora, controlled sources, and continuously evaluated precision.
    • Kept model inference dependable in production (real-time API traffic, document ingestion) with Python/FastAPI services built to the security and confidentiality standards of a certified environment (ISO 27001, eIDAS).
